Lauren founded Belovely back in 2011 while planning her own wedding and has been obsessing over styling, florals and weddings ever since. A graduate of Savannah College of Art & Design in Interior Design her interests have always revolved around lovely interiors, graphics, and details.
Shortly after entering the wedding styling world, she quickly realized her love for all things flowers. With a design aesthetic that stems from an organic, natural approach she also loves pushing the limits of the unexpected with beauty and nature in mind.
When she's not working on Belovely projects, you can find her enjoying motherhood, spending time with her kids Leif and Molly (her flower tattoo is their birth month flowers, which is also featured in our logo!), renovating her 110+ year old brownstone home with her husband Ryan, or at the dog park with her pitbull-lab, Teak.

Colleen has been working in the event industry since she could legally work. From catering staff, to floral design, to lighting design, working events has been a huge part of her life. Her mother was a caterer for years and Colleen was always eager to work alongside her any chance she had.
A graduate of Saint Joseph’s University, Colleen’s early professional career took her through various roles in sales and marketing, all while keeping her hands in events. Colleen worked as a freelance floral designer for a handful of Philadelphia based teams for 7 years before coming on fulltime with Belovely in 2018.
Colleen’s design style is very organic with a love of natural lines, loads of texture and a mix of unexpected blooms. She loves creating something unexpected and designing with not only the couple’s vision but also the guests experience in mind.
When she's not working on Belovely projects, you can find her enjoying motherhood, spending time with her daughter, Mila, hanging with her husband, Chris, or relaxing with their cockapoo, Bailey. You may also run into Colleen if you are looking for lighting for your wedding as she is part owner of Lumos Co.
