Let's talk about it.

I get asked all the time about how I balance my belovely work with my family + home life. Let me tell you, it's not easy. It takes practice and a determination of finding an even keel. But life wasn't always this enjoyable. There was a time I wasn't mindful or present, and I was a mom trying to run a successful floral business AND parent two under two. And when I officially felt like a headless chicken I turned to nature. I took a hard look at how we were living our lives and made the conscious effort to make a change. A change for now. A change for our future.

And sharing all this? This isn’t because someone told me to do it, because it’s cool and trendy or I’m trying to sell something, but because, you see, this is MY life and I share it because this is what worked for us. It worked again and again and again. Because this is just what the world needs—-an alternative to everything it’s been given for years. A choice. A chance to do better.

Before making the whole hearted switch, we were semi-tree huggers. Doing our best, but never giving it 100%. But when searching for help and learning all the ways of TRUE wellness we eliminated toxic products, people + mindset and naturally people noticed. I created a home and life filled with love and products that support our bodies and wellness. I've used them for not only our physical health, but our mental health. I so love this journey (as it really is just the first step of many you might find yourself taking) and I hope you are inspired to do the same.
